Mr Petar Maksimovic, Secretary General at Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia AERS, will take part in the panel discussion on Regulating the Balkan Energy Market: Impact of the EU 3rd Energy Package. The panel will aim to answer the following questions: Do we need the EU 3rd Energy Package? How to overcome legislative obstacles in order to raise investment? How can the Balkans avoid overcompensation? Can a competitive market be developed through legislation or should it be left to market forces?
